| Sakari She walked into the shopping center and looked around "It's time to get some new clothes! and maybe some other things, who knows" She shrugged, as she walked into a store and started browsing the outfits |
| Tanaka popped his head out of one of the clothing racks Chi was searching through, right in front of her focused face. He was being playful again, but not in a menaical way. This time, Tanaka was just trying to have fun. "Boo!" He said to Chi with a smile as he popped out in front of her. "Did I get you?" |

| Chi It took her a second to react. She stepped back and had her eyes wide open. Oh, its just Tanaka..., she realized and got into a normal position again. "Woah! You scared me!", she said and calmed down. "Are you done?" She herself had brown shorts and a blue T-shirt in her hand. These were for Tanaka. |

| Tanaka stepped out of the clothing rack, with a single bag in hand. "I think you'll like what I picked out for you," he said, holding up the bag to her. "It's a sundress... Whatever that is. I even got you..." Tanaka grabbed a necklace from the bag-- it was a simple thin black rope necklace, with a small, metallic red key hanging from it. "This! I picked the color from your name... I don't know if that's weird, sorry if it is!" Tanaka laughed, grinning as he handed the bag over to her. "Go ahead, try it on!" He encouraged. (Author's note: Chi means blood in Japanese [which is the weird part on Tanaka's part], and I think Chi wears like, red. So yeah, it's a red key haha.) |

| Nari waited for him to take her to one |
| (It does? O.o That was not intended... but hey, how cool!) Chi She stared at him, obviously surprised. "A sundress?" She didn't expect that. She looked at the key necklace. It was kinda cute. "Bloody red. My favorite.", she said and chuckled. "That's so nice." She took the bag and peaked inside. The colors matched the necklace, the dress was read. She smiled. "This is for you." She handed him the shorts and the T-shirt and ran off to the dressing room, before he could complain, that the shirt had long sleeves. Lets see if he shows me what is hiding there. She thought. |

| She traded items with him and ran off to go change, but as she went, Tanaka noticed the nice blue shirt she had picked out was short-sleeved one! "Hey! Wait a sec, these are--!" But it was too late, as Chi scurried into the dressing room before Tanaka could finish his call. "Tch. Now what am I going to do?" Tanaka huffed, putting his hand up to his metallic arm. He made a discerning face while deciding his next move... He looked to the dressing rooms again, and thought, Well... I guess... I can't really say no to what she picked out. Tanaka headed into the dressing room next to Chi's and changed, taking off the white longsleeve he had on before to put on the blue t-shirt. He pulled his own necklace, a dark metallic classical cross, from under the new shirt and over it, displaying it with pride and dignity. He then put on the cargo shorts and folded his own pants and shirt neatly, setting them down as he stepped out. "You ready?" He yelled over to Chi, putting his arms behind his back. "Oh, almost forgot..." He muttered, as he took off the skin colored gloves he had on and shoved them into his back pockets. |

| Chi With a silent chuckle as she heared Tanaka's cry, she changed into the dress and put on the necklace. The dress was pretty and fitted perfectly, the necklace gave a nice touch to it. Again, she was surprised. So he doesn't have that much of a horrible fashion sense... Chi whirled around and looked into the mirror. Hm, there is one thing left to do... She removed her hair tie and let her hair be loose. She was nervous and checked in the mirror again. It was different from what she usually wore, it revealed more skin. Don't be such a chicken. After all, he chose that for you! With that, she put on a smile. "Yes, I am ready!", she answered to his question and came out with confidence, eager to see what he was hiding. |

| Tanaka watched as her dressing room door opened-- Chi stepped out, her black hair and necklace flowing. The dress looked good on her, better than Tanaka was expecting. "Wow... Wow, Chi-san, that dress looks great on you!" Tanaka complimented with full honesty, blushing a little from what he was seeing. He kept his arms behind him as he was leaning against the other dressing room door, facing her in a way so that she could only see his outfit. |

| Chi She immediately looked away. The confidence thing didn't work as good as she wanted to and she blushed heavily. "Thank you.", she said quietly, almost whispering. "You look very good too, you should wear blue more often!", she told him. Even though his hair is kinda messy, so cute! Dammit, I can't see his arms! As good as she tried to look at them, it didn't work. He hid them too well. Should I cheat and appear behind him? But she decided not to. Instead, she approached him. "Let me fix you hair." She carefully set his hair in place with her hands. (I'm working on an huge assignment right now, so my replies are probably gonna be taking even longer. Sorry for the inconvenience >.<) |

| (It's okay Chione^^ I'm going to have the same problems for the rest of the school year at least [well, until testings done anyways]) Tanaka wanted to stop Chi from coming any closer, but he was too conscious of showing his arms. He let her mess with his hair, as she ran her delicate fingers through the black mess. Tanaka looked away, embarrassed and irritated by the familiarness the two were showing right now. "My hair was just fine." He unconfidently muttered, fiddling with his shoulders. He glanced at Chi as she went to work, looking right at her face. He was leaning a little bit, so the two were near eye level now. Tanaka could see the features of Chi's face fairly clearly; he analyzed them intently. He blushed. Tch, for a normal girl, you're actually a little cute. He thought to himself: he'd never say it to her, though. Too bad. I can't afford to let her get hurt under my watch. |

| Chi Sheesh, I still can't see them! Oblivious to the fact that they were super close again, she was more concentrated on finding out the secret. "Fine? I have never seen such a mess before. Jeez." H-His hair is so soft! She loved to touch his hair! This is wonderful! No, what the heck am I thinking? This is wrong! Weird! Stop it! Her mind went crazy. She couldn't stop condraticting herself. He even smells good... Hey, hey, this is not like me! Stop! She abruptly stopped messing with his hair. "Sorry", she mumbled. What the heck am I saying? Sorry? For what? Heh? Her own thoughts completly threw her off. She just wanted to go into a corner and die... Okay, maybe not die, but at least disappear. |

| She was disheartened from Tanaka's reaction. Or was she flustered? Either way, Tanaka could tell that Chi was uncomfortable with something. "It's alright." He reassured her, smiling as he slowly looked back down to their feet below them. A thought ran by his head, to either improve her mood or the situation. "Umm..." Tanaka began, biting his lip as he tried to stop himself. What is it you think you're doing, Tanaka Haruto?! You're just going to show this girl, almost a complete stranger, about those monstrosities you call arms? What will you do when she freaks out? What will you do when she turns on you? Do you really want to scare a nice girl like this away so easily? Tanaka paused. He was worried. He was having a good time, a time where it wasn't him terrorizing others or playing around with those around him. He felt warm. This girl... Could she be someone... Who brings out the good in me? Tanaka thought, thinking back to the words of his adoptive mother. Tanaka... I know that with you being you, you've always had trouble making friends and will always have trouble doing so. But be sure to stop what you're doing and look to the people who actually care for you. In any and all cases, securing and reassuring those you care for... Should be your top priority. Tanaka smiled. The simple memory of that lab-coat wearing woman made him feel warmer too. "Hey, Chi... I'd like to show you something..." Tanaka said uneasily, looking up to Chi with his dignity swallowed. "But you have to promise not to freak out... Okay?" |

| Chi His words calmed her down. She remembered what her principles were. Hey girl, don't be such a weakling! Be confident! Be strong!, she told herself. She crossed her arms in front of her chest and stood straight. It immediately had an effect. Her mind seemed to settle. Alright. I am ready. He seemed to act kinda weird. She wondered what was so special about what he was about to show her. "I promise. Don't worry, I don't freak out that easily.", she said and smiled. |

"These arms... Are not my own..." Tanaka's arms were fairly intricate ones, made of a strange silver metal alloy that was both reflective but dulled. Coils, springs, wires and pipes could all be found in the gaps under the plates that formed the arms' design, and his hands were like a mix of that of a human and a robot, with segments being joined together by screws and bolts. (Think FMA) There. It's out. Cats out of the bag. But now what do we do? What's she going to say? |
