| Any suggestions on some good romance anime in a school setting or not, with a good male lead? Seen Toradora and Spice and wolf, but wouldn't mind seeing one where the male character is more of the bad/cool/jerk type towards the others, instead of an overpowering female lead. Any suggestions are welcome, anything really that's good romance focused would do aswell. I searched through some topics with the same type of request kinda and found maybe some, but wouldn't mind some more. | Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Hikki is amazing male lead that views life in a not so popular way xD Just a really likable male lead. ef: A Tale of Memories. does have good male lead though my favourite male lead probably is from the second season. One of my favourite romance anime out there. NHK ni Youkoso! Satou is a really entertaining male lead. It won't seem like there is much romance at the beginning but it really makes its mark by the end. The whole NEET concept really did interest me and it was quite hilarious. Planetes is rather episodic at the beginning meaning there isn't much romance or anything. It really does again, come close to the end along with some nice psychological aspects with it. Though the male lead is good, I wouldn't say he is amazingly good. I mean after all, he is just a garbage man in space! |

| Rumbling Hearts - emotional drama and romance. Ah! My Goddess (season 1 and movie) - Male MC gets a goddess as a sudden girl friend. Pleasant, fun series. Good humour. Nice art and great music. |
