Ones I already watched/read

One piece (luffy isn't strong willed so much as he is simple minded)

Berserk (... Ow)

Code Geass (I hate manipulative people)

Fist of the North Star (Watermelone)

Noblesse (pretty good)

Hajime no Ippo (Very Good)

So I'm looking for an anime/manga with someone who can make his own descisions based on his own influences.

He doesn't have to be strong, but he should have the convictiom to achieve what he believes in.

Try not to reccomend Romance/Ecchi/Harem I like characters who live life for something and not someone (Sounds heartless but I like free spirited individuals)

Takes no crap from anyone.

Bonus: School is for losers. That or he can destroy the crappy school system.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei(Novel or Anime) - Strong male lead that destroys crappy school system

Black Lagoon(Anime) - Strong female lead that takes no crap from anyone

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann(Anime) - one of the male leads fit your description in terms of conviction

Holyland(Manga) - story about a normal everyday guy who gets pushed and bullied to the point that he starts pushing back

Unbalance x Unbalance(Manga) - Main male lead is convicted to his own morals that he's prepared to beat down on females who don't fight fair...story itself can be seen as a rom/com harem but the MC is what you read it for

Gantz(Manga) - starts off with an indecisive MC but ends with him being strong-willed to the point of making life/death situations

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - Pretty much the epitome of what your looking for.
