This would be your meeting place. Only the SC can leave message there. This is where all your plans and decision are being decide. Student Council’s position and Work President: * He/she should also be the President of the 4-class A. * He/she is the leader of all the students. Responsible for leading the school activities. * He/she will guide and discipline the other student council. If they didn’t do their job properly, he/she can punish them (with the Executive Managers’ permission). Leave the punishment job to the Sgt. @ Arms * In every meeting, he/she should always be present. * The President can have the V-President’s help. * You can give jobs or work to the other Student Councils. Vice President * The President’s assistant. The VP should follow the President’s order. * In every meeting, his/her presence should be there. * The VP can also take the President’s place if the President is not around. Messaging the President is not forbidden. * Guiding and punishing the Student Council who didn’t do there job is also his/her duty, especially when the President is not aware to their mistake. * You can give jobs or work to the other Student Councils. Secretary * Since you can’t write, you would the messenger. * In every meeting, you should take note those Student Councils who are present in the meeting. Regarding about the attendance, just make your own style. * If the SC decide/make an activity or plan, you would be the one who ask permission to the Executive Manager at her office. * When asking permission, you should have the approval card from the Student Councils. * The rest of the job is given by the President and V-President. Treasurer * Since money is not necessary, you are responsible for the presence of all the students. * In every activity, all students should be present. So you are the one who record the attendance of the students. * And you will lead all the officer of the class. (Except the 4-class A officers.) *Regarding about the attendance, just make own style. * The rest of the job is given by the President and V-President. P.I.O. * Just do the P.I.O.’s job. Additional Work * Watch out for those who leave a comment without an I.D. card inside the spoiler. Remind them if you catch them. (The I.D. card will be release soon.) * If they don’t have a I.D. card, just tell it to the Executive Manager. * Message the teachers/students who didn’t appear in the Academy for 1 week. Always remind them to do their job, especially to the teachers. * The rest of your job will be given by the President and V-President. Social Manager * Do the Social Manager’s job. Additional Work * If the SC already made an organization/clubs in the Academy, the two of you will be responsible for watching and guiding the clubs and its members. * The rest of the job is given by the President and V-President. Sgt. @ Arms * Do the Sgt. @ Arm’s job. Additional Work * The punishment that the President and the V-President made will be given to the two of you. You will punish them by the President/V-President’s order. * You will also be the supervisor. Roam the Academy and watch the students who didn’t follow the rules and regulations. * As sgt. @ arms, you will be responsible for the position of the members. For those members who didn’t claim there position, you will remind them to pick their position. Don’t let one member to stay in the Academy without position. |

| I just read what i have to do as V.P good to know that everyone is willing to help. At least we solved one problem the S.C. is now organized we only need a "Treasurer" now we should start a mass invitation we need much more members than we have. |

| Hi, guys. I have 2 suggestions. 1. we're going to make a new topic, entitle "C.O. quiz game" where all class officers can post questions (quizes) and the other students will answer it through message. 2. regarding about the clubs, lets make new CLUB, name "Gakuen Anime_Special Organization" where all clubs of the academy is in there well, it is also part of the academy but we only separate it. We will going to make it private and all members of the Academy are the same as the members of this new club.. Well, do you agree?? |
