Frame correlates to your bone structure, meaning that the suggested healthy weight for a larger framed individual is higher than that for a smaller or medium framed individual. Ergo, if you have a small skeletal structure and fall within the suggested weights on this site under small frame, you are at a healthy, "average" weight, if you're above it, you're not into the medium or large frame section, you're just overweight. You can use that chart there on the site to determine your frame, but it's awfully complicated to measure and you would probably know easier by just comparing your body type to those of your friends or peers, etc. /explanation. That said, I was 150ish last time I weighed myself... for my height, I guess I'm a little underweight. :D |
