My God, the designs, coloring, animation, setting, soundtrack are beautiful, everything is fantastic.
Apparently, they showed about 6 or 7 episodes, I would say about 4, but the scene of Tsav fighting seems to be from the second volume. So, the production seems advanced. Well, it's to be expected since we had a delay to deliver a higher quality. But of everything that was shown in the PV, the one that draws the most attention (my expectations were right) is the scene of Xylo stroking Synerva's head. In other words, this scene will be adapted and will not be just a passing thought like in the novel. (By the way, what a revelation) Since we don't have an image of Synerva in the novel, I already imagined that, but even so, I was left open-mouthed (Don't give spoilers about the subject)

Regarding the characters, they all look crazy in the animation, this is perfectly well adapted, lol.
Finally, I already expected this based on the production interviews, so it seems like we'll have a lot of changes/improvements to the story, like the scene where the demon lord turns into something tall and grotesque, that doesn't exist in the novel. It also seems like the story will have a good focus on the knights, and that's also great. I forgot to mention that they showed Jayse's design, I expected him to be shorter and the line of your face is thicker but it is too early to judge.

@Desmascarado So beautiful that I keep rewatching the trailer.

That's around 2 episodes per punishment arc and 2 vols(?) of content. Seems alright if there's only 12 episodes, they just need to end at you-know-what, and hopefully, a part 2 like mushoku.

We do actually have her full body art in vol 4 btw.

@karrotStick

It's easy to predict how many episodes they spent on Vol 1, but I find it difficult to say the same for Volume 2 because the entire Volume 2 is practically a single arc, different from Vol 1, which is divided into three arcs.

After that Sinerva scene, which will certainly be in Episodes 2 or 3... I'm very excited to see the scene at the end of Rhino Vol 2, It was so predictable that I thought it would take longer to happen, I hope they manage to capture Rhino's eccentric aura.

It's difficult to predict the schedule If they had opted for 24 episodes, like in Jigoku Sensei Nube, the season would have been divided into two, but that didn't happen. So I think at most we'll have a Season 2 announced for 2027. But I could be wrong because Kadokawa is investing heavily in the anime's marketing, which suggests that they already have high expectations for the anime and, consequently, are already preparing to continue quickly so that none of the staff members get lost along the way.

Some time ago, after seeing some illustrations about volume 4, I already imagined that there would be big revelations in vol 4, so now I'm going to have to hold back even more so as not to read it. 😭

Special Effects:
Kouta, Fumiaki;
A super animator specializing in action scenes and especially special effects (2D effects, not to be confused with post-production effects) and apparent specialization in bank parts (an animation technique). He has worked on acclaimed projects and is currently affiliated with Studio Kai.
He was part of Episode 10 of Season 1 of Mushoku with Hiroyuki Takashima: https://sakugabooru.com/post/show/173109

2D Graphic: Marina Tosaka; participated in a fan-made project:
Apparently, the 2D graphic role is just an animator with a greater focus on background shots and storyboarding.

Main Animator:
Hayato Kurosaki(freelancer);
is one of the main animators for Mushoku season 1, a superb action animator, and apparently specialized in special effects. Judging by his appearance in episode 10 of Mushoku season 1, he's responsible for the Theoritta fire scenes in PV 2.
Mushoku ep 10 scene: https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/173107
He also had a major role in Jujutsu season 2 and apparently appeared in the Chainsaw Man movie.
Example of an effects scene by kurosaki: https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/285243

Main Animator:
Ryōken Toida; previously worked on season 1 of Mushoku. (I couldn't find any of his animations)

Main Animator:
Wataru Hirabayashi; apparent specialization in character movement and mechanical action animation.

Main Animator: (Affiliated with Studio Kai)
Yukiyoshi Shikiji/Shikiyoshi Yukiyoshi;
Second animation in episode 5 of the first season of Mushoku. Animator specializing in action and, mainly, character movement.

Does anyone know if this is normal, because I find this number of main animators completely absurd.
