Hozuki's Coolheadedness for sure. It's a dark comedy centered around the demons who run hell. Also, Anime-Planet and MangaUpdates both have a tag for that so you might want to check those out:

It's set in hell, Japanese hell. It's also a seinen. About the 'dark' part... it's a comedy, similar to "the Office". It has some moments where you feel human behavior called out with some brutal honesty and there is some location typical gore depicted, but the vibe isn't really ever dark.
