I haven't read Lookism, so I have a question: in the final chapter they meet up with the Lookism guys again, does the scene continue in Lookism or was it something they just showed to confirm that Questism and Lookism are from the same world?

Until now they didn't appear in lookism, but I don't think that the meeting was only for show they are in the same universe because it was already confirmed. Probably ptj is going to use them in the future. Btw if you enjoyed questism I recommend you Lookism!!

yeah they are connected but no the last scene was building the end game imo and we will see the questism gang in the future
