Please help - mermaid manga/webcomic

I've been looking for a long time for a Coloured Comic about a girl who frees a man underwater. The man was bound and pierced with spikes, bleeding from many wounds. I think he was a man mermaid or some kind of god. The land was ruled by drought, and he was able to make the rain rain, I think, through sacrifice.
The main male had distinctive blue eyes and I think hair, he looked similar to The Water Dragon's Bride main character.
Can you please advise me?
I'm desperate.
