Naruto's manga score on MAL (the comments may contain spoilers)

Yesterday I started my manga list, and when I wanted to add naruto I saw that it's rated 8.06. when I checked the reviews I saw people who gave it 3! I mean what??? Naruto is one of the best manga ever created, The MC is so lovely and the world and characters are amazing! why would people give it 3? If the manga kept them reading for 72 volumes so they read 72 volumes of a 3/10? isn't that a little weird? your thoughts?
