Wanna take this more seriously and vote as a group on which works should be added to the anime/manga relations? (no more Miru Tights and One Room!)

This could also serve as a recommendation area where people who are interested in quality works can look for stuff to watch/read.

I'm not entirely sure about the most efficient way to go about voting (maybe a Discord gc where you add a reaction like a check mark or an x to a message containing the title of the work). Edit: I'll probably make a Google Forms survey every now and then and share the results.

For adding an anime, the requirements should be something like: 1) at least 3 club members (in total) have completed it, 2) votes will be decided by simple majority; in the case of a tie the anime will not be added to the relations.

For adding a manga, the requirements should be something like: 1) at least 2 club members (in total) have completed it, 2) votes will be decided by simple majority; in the case of a tie the manga will not be added to the relations. (more people watch anime than read manga so the requirements are looser - also, these requirements are subject to change)

*Completed means: For anime, 1-18 ep - must be completed, 18-37 ep - at least 1/2 must be completed, 37+ ep - at least 1/4 must be completed. For manga, at least 1/2 must be completed. If it is currently airing/publishing the same rules apply, except it is determined by the latest episode/chapter. Always round up.

Of course, anime and manga on the relations will not be guaranteed a permanent spot. *This section will be updated at a later date, along with a more organized nomination process.

If anyone wants to participate in this, reply with a list of anime/manga you believe to be exemplary (featuring good execution of themes, strong characters, solid plot, etc.). To easily check if others have watched/read whatever you plan to nominate (as to satisfy the requirement for minimum number of ppl), go to the anime/manga in question, click "stats," and scroll down to see if any of your peers have watched/read it.

I am bored and this seems like a fun thing to do; plus, it could shed light on more obscure works that are worth checking out.

I'll come up with a list of anime/manga that satisfies requirement #1 (minimum number of people) later today. Hopefully other people will do the same so I can create a Google Forms survey putting the nominated works up for voting.

Calculated by subtracting "No" votes from "Yes" votes. "IDK" votes do not affect the score. Note that this is most likely not completely accurate, it is only a general estimate.

For anime, 4 is the best and -3 is the worst. For manga, 2 is the best and 0 is the worst.
