The first cloudy day of late summer

This club looked like it had potential, but I think everyone is in a constant deadlock, waiting for activity that comes from other people, not themselves. I hope I pick up a former regular to be able to start discussing things again.

So my story is called "The first cloudy day of late summer". It's a sci-fi story that I have been incubating for the past few years, and I just really want to get it off my shoulders. I chose this title because I created a fictional sciencey phenomenon that occurs on the first cloudy day of late summer, and that same day has an impact on every single character in the story throughout many years, even though it never is quite the same day each year. In fact, the storyline that the MC follows is kickstarted from an unusually early cloudy day.

The themes of this story is body horror, bio-tech, brotherhood, terrorism and espionage. I think.

I have the basic plot sorted out. I've sorta completed writing the first episode in the most basic manuscript.
