| Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge (they have a strange relationship and are bonded together in a strange way just like in mysterious girlfriend x) Gosick (they come together and have an odd relationship, but work together to form a bond) Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko (this anime doesn't have a lot of romance, but it really has a similar feel to mysterious girlfriend x) Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (two socially awkward people overcoming their boundaries to get to know each other. Very similar in that aspect.) |
