When does this kind of show air exactly? Like when do they show a 2-3 minute anime like this, Nyanpire, or Recorder to Randoseru?

Teekyuu airs on TV Tokyo on Sunday at 22:27 Japan time.
Crunchyroll airs it slightly over 1.5 hours later (the CR airing time is midnight in Japan).

No that's not what I'm asking. I mean, in America, television is usually divided into units of 30 minutes or units of an hour. Sometimes if they show a movie it'll go over but you get the idea. My Q. is in Japan, when do they air such a super short show? Do they pair it up with a bunch of other shows at this length in order to reach 30 minutes, or what?
