I got this screenshot in Episode 12 at 16:36. It could be that walking guy in the background carrying the bear mascot head so I guess that makes him an actual character wearing the costume during the cultural festival class presentation. At this distance we still don't know who he is since in the class picture he got the full bear costume on. XD |
