at the moment i especially like orihara izaya as i just finished watching durarara!
and also alucard from hellsing n_n

all time favs would be:

many of the arrancar members in bleach, tyki mikk (d. gray-man) and suigintou from rozen maiden...

even tho there are many more good bad-asses *laughs* (e.g. many khr characters and so on^^)

one of my all time favorite BAMF-ing character is Hiruma Youichi >:U no one can defy his all mighty ness!

i have other favorites but Hiruma is numero uno x]
Edit: he is from Eyeshield21. the quarterback for Deimon Devil Bats.

Definitely gotta go with Black Star from Soul Eater, and of course there is Grimmjow and Kenpachi from Bleach, Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho and finally Mugen from Samurai Champloo.
