| The vast capital city of the Legion. 'Constructed by outcasts, for outcasts, and of out-casts.' Can be read at any of the three gates. It's a pun because 'out-cast' was once a slang term for building material found out of place. The city has everything someone might need. A bazaar, a standard market, a small clinic, a housing district, and the Blackened Palace. The Palace is where Sinagrom himself resides and listens to the voices of his citizens daily to make Tir na Nogg an even better place. He is the judge of the highest authority in the Legion and his kind, yet stern, attitude has won the hearts of the Legion. The royal guard are all around the city making sure that crime is punished as soon as it is done. |
