Is the visual novel Amagami SS on PC and can it be played on PC?

The Visual Novel is titled simply "Amagami", and was a PS2 game. It also later was ported to PSP and PSVita in a bugfixed edition titled "EbiKore+ Amagami". It's not natively available on PC, but you can run an emulator and get a ROM of the game. For years, there was no proper English fan-translation, but one was recently released for PSVita. I won't help you with how to do all of that tho, as that's piracy.

get ready to learn Japanese. jokes aside most VN don’t have English translations only the popular ones like Clannad, Fate Stay Night, Steins Gate etc. even White Album 1 just recently got ported on Steam and it’s not even the best White Album in the market. I do hope Amagami gets an eng translation tho the creators might think that it doesn’t have any fans outside of Japan.

Rereleasing Amagami may take more effort than publishers want to put in, as the game would need to be ported to newer platforms. Fate/Hollow Ataraxia only hit Steam and Switch last month, 11 years after its Vita release and 20 years after its initial PC release. Chaos;Head Noah hit PC for the 1st time in 2022, 13 years after Noah's initial release and 8 years after Steins;Gate was translated. Better late than never, I guess. The definitive versions of Da Capo 1 & 2 were NEVER translated into English, not even by fans, yet we're getting a new version of 1 next month without the full content of the previous version...

What was the previous version of Da Capo 1 like? I even watched season 1, season 2, and season 2 and gave it a 6; I didn't really like it. Wow, fans have been waiting a long time for these games to be released in English and on Steam. I've never played a VN, and I only play on PC.
