This Manga's Title Is Quite Confusing

Why is this named "Slave Rabbit AND Anthony"? Anthony is the rabbit himself. And it is not a translation error, the Japanese title has the same conjunction in it.

I think it is just a weird reference to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Interesting theory, but what kind of reference? I didn't read "Alice" in English. Of course, there was a rabbit (and a hare), but this doesn't explain the weird "AND". Did I miss something?
