One Piece manga theory

Since I am currently caught up to manga so I wanna discuss this theory as Luffy is sort of leaving Egghead. Till now I think everyone have seen the theory of Luffy

but I think this theory have a big loophole.
What I have read is that currently One Piece is referencing Lord Hanuman and people have been posting the theory that as

How is that even going to happen when luffy isn't even near the mother flame?

exactly but the problem with this is that the world government can now use the mother flame and supposedly Uranus to wipe luffy's crew wherever they go.

Well, first of all, it's not like the sunny has a gos tracker on it so the world government doesn't know where they are, second, we don't know how the mother flame works, maybe it has limitations, third, luffy doesn't even know it exists and why would he just eat a random fire in a tank?
