And both are set in the future where the main character must use ninja skills to beat cyborgs and the like. |
| Episode 1 That was a great start there as Sunghoo Park is on the top of his game here. Joe just wanted to live a quiet life in the countryside with a wife and kid as he left his life as Joe Higan the ninja assassin to become Joe Logan the father. He was none too pleased about his profession as an assassin, but unfortunately the assassins don't ever forgive deserters and will hunt them down no matter what. That was just brutal there, and now Joe has quite the battle on his hands. |

| Episode 2 This episode goes to show that you need to always watch your back. Joe is determined to crush his own clan, but knowing just how they operate, that's going to be a tall task. So Joe heads to Auza City, which is modeled after San Francisco, where he meets up with Mike where the two exchange some intel, though trust is still in doubt seeing that Joe won't show his face. And then a ninja assassin attacks, and the restaurant they were in is blown up. The brutality just continues to build up as this goes to show just how serious those ninjas are in trying to kill anybody who deserts the clan. |

It's kinda animated a bit like Inferno Cop, at least the action scenes (I haven't watched it either, if I want Ninja gore I'd much rather just play Ninja Gaiden) |
| I didn't think it was possible but here we have a show more desperate to be cool than Solo Leveling. Has about as much of a plot as Solo Leveling too. |
| Episode 3 And that's how the clan was able to find Higan and murder his family as his former clan is backed by Auza, a megacorporation that essentially owns the world and has satellite technology that can seek out and silence anybody who opposes them. While that's happening, Higan becomes buddies with Mike as the FBI agent had the option to retire, but decided that he is willing to risk his life to bring Higan's former clan to justice, and not to mention he hates fishing. And there's also Emma who has a car that's a fully-equipped hidden workspace. But the ninjas soon find them and wreck that car. Higan gets a mysterious phone call, and it will be interesting to see what that's all about. |
