| It's been a few months now since the RTX 30 Series launched. Yet even prebuilds from sites like NZXT and Omen are currently out of stock. Amazon is bare dry with only the 3090 available. Ebay is crawling with resellers listing at double or triple of retail prices, and the worst part is they're making profit because people do buy from them, otherwise they wouldn't be spending time to maintain buy bots to buy up stock as soon as any drops. With a market so saturated with buyers and not enough cards, only thing anyone right now can do is cave in and spend extra for one or wait it out. Question is how long are we going to have to wait? How long are you ready to wait, or have you already gave up and bought a resale. Or were lucky enough to snag yourself a new one at retail price on launch day. |

| Well, it will last as long as the pandemic will last - and how long that one lasts, is up in the skies. If possible, I'd definitely wait because the market really is just stupid at the moment. I somehow managed to grab a 2080 for a nice price after selling my 2060 Super (for a really good price before the crazy time) but that required a lot of patience and speed x) I also initially tried to buy a 3060 Ti at launch but pretty much every website broke down. Though the same goes for everything tech-related at the moment and I initially planned to upgrade to Ryzen this year but...yeah. Definitely gonna wait since my current platform is holding up well and I don't get any reason to pay more than I need to, will just result in a lot of loss afterwards. If I were to make a guess how long it will take, I'd say a year until the effect of the pandemic starts fading and production can drive up more. |

| More than a year to hope to see prices dropping (if they ever will), I'm afraid of. ;_; |
| Definitely will take a year. Hell even the 10 and 20 series are hard as hell to find with prices being jacked up |
