| Finally catching sight of the structures populating the port, Kaden let out a sigh of relief. He was so sick of water. Unfortunately he didn't do too well with boats either, much preferring the wave-free airships. He'd still never ridden one of the glorious vessels that Tervalek used to bombard their attackers in combination with high class mages. The view must be wonderful. Kaden stumbled slightly as the cargo ship came to a stop. Finally, he could get off this ship that smelled so heavily of produce! Constantly smelling food while feeling seasick was not a good combination. Waiting for the crew to finish unboarding, Kaden came off behind them, practicing the polite and friendly demeanor he wanted to portray to the other recruits and the higher-ups. The port was nice, but small enough that he didn't need to ask for any directions to the fortress. The main road surely led there. Taking his plentiful luggage, he began the trip. With two giant suitcases and his steam pack on, the walk there was sure to be a nice workout on his own. Now that he was finally off the ship maybe he should find a place to eat first, if this port had any restaurants. No, he hadn't thrown up all of his last meal, so he was pretty sure he wouldn't be too hungry when he arrived. |
Matt Oliver Matt arrived at the port from the endless skies and finally made it to Kareth. He figured the current happenings to be the calm before the storm...meaning he only came her to fight a war. One war ended only to start another and he was tired of it. Sadly, there’s no rest for the wicked. He was happy that his parents were fine for the most part and his main goal now was to get through this war so he could get back to his life. He knew where to go to be a hunter so he left towards the bulding. |
