| I really want anime about scary villains and overpowered funny protagonist. I mean, the villain is very dangerous but he/she is defeated by funny or stupid protagonist and the villains is defeated by stupid and funny ways. Hmm...I really want this funny storyline.... :3 |

| Full Metal Panic is what came to mind with your description. The anime itself is probably the most hilarious action anime ever. The villains i guess you could say are "scary." The protagonist himself is very serious instead of stupid but it makes for a very funny anime. |
