| You have it backwards, the eng translation from tokyopop (which is also the only version available to read online) is the one that changed things dramatically from the original story, the funimation eng subs of the anime is closer in translation to how it’s supposed to be (translation-wise). The tokyopop translation is also the most godawful thing I have ever read, they changed it into a retarded action “comedy” when the humor isn’t nearly like that in the original japanese manga. |
