| Design "Oh, come on! Don't make my last few memories be of sadness," Design replied in a seemingly happy tone, a few tears rolling down her eyes. "Don't be sorry," she added, quickly wiping the tear off using the sleeve of her uniform. "I knew this was going to happen anyway. I steeled myself for this. At least, I think I did. Not a good job on my part, right?" With those words, Design told a joke in a sincere tone, one that cannot be made by a robot alone. For the first time in a great while, she was alive. She was human. "That's just how research facilities work, I guess. Sacrifice anything in the pursuit of science. Do you know Moirai? I think she's a student here. She has it pretty rough as well." Design sat down on the grass, the soft breeze flowing through. "Oh wow, I haven't cried this much in one day, Yuria. I never cried since I became like this. I didn't even know I still had the ability to." |

| Yuria Hammond "If you're crying, then that means you're truly human after all." Yuria said in a somewhat cheery tone as she sat down on the ground next to Design. Having listened to her, Yuria thought of her own life. After several minutes of silence, she spoke up. "You know, I am not so different. I too am the result of an experiment." Yuria had always kept her anger towards her father suppressed. But now she felt unable to do so. Perhaps having someone else to listen was the cause. "You know what's worse than being used as a lab rat? Having that use approved by your own father." Yuria was at this point trying to hold back tears, this effort apparent in her shaky voice. "Of course, once the deed is done, then he apologizes! As if that shit will change what I've gone through." Turning the safety of her assault rifle to the 'on' position, Yuria clenched her hands into fists. "But I suppose that doesn't really matter. It is better to focus on the now. Not the then." |

| Ayame Maki Ayame took the arrows that Rita handed to her, and put them back in her quiver. "If you think that I'm good, then I guess we can call it a day." she replied, clearly sounding proud of herself. "So, you want to head back to my dorm like usual?" she asked, as the two of them began to walk out of the training field. |
Rita Caves "Yeah. Your dorm will be fine." Rita replied cheerily as she walked with Ayame. It was strange to Rita that she barely spent any time in her dorm, but she guessed it really didn't matter much. Ayame's expression indicated that she was feeling pretty well of herself, which made Rita smile. |
| Sky Bloomfield Sky walked into the training field not sure what to expect. At any rate, it seemed that it had been interesting. "Too bad I showed up too late." Sky thought. He sat down. |

| @Tamoball @Alice157 Senha Skye's face as she woke up and her slightly disheveled hair looked a bit funny as Senha stared at it and she didn't notice it at all, apparently she was still feeling a bit in bad terms with Mai due to her words before but hopefully this would improve. "Maybe you two can show me around since you seem to know your way around the school" he replied to Skye looking for something to do which at the same time would prove useful. Turning over to Mai, Senha noticed she still had a bit of drool on the corner of her mouth, "Umm, Mai" he said to her while pointing at his own mouth trying to let her know about it. It was probably pretty vague though since Senha didn't really make a motion which was clear enough for her to get what he meant. |

Abygail Abygail tried not to giggle as she watched Mizuta fall on his butt. Despite falling, he was able to pull himself together again rather quickly. She then followed him to where all the dummies were located at. She pressed a button and all the dummies started to move. "alright, I will get some training out of this and make things interesting" She says as all the dummies move all over the place. She makes a bow and arrow out of crystal and aims at dummie, only to hit it in the stomach. "what clubs did you join?" |

| Design "Ah, yes. Fathers really are persistent, aren't they? My father spearheaded the organization that turned me to this," Design replied, taking out her Mauser and giving it a few safety checks. "My father didn't apologize in the end though. Consider yourself a slight bit luckier," she then added, giving Yuria a wink before standing up. Design aimed her pistol at a dummy and fired away, landing all hits square in its wooden head. The barrel turned piping-hot once again. "Why don't we try something different now? How about a friendly duel of some sort? Would be nice if there were more people though... How about inviting other people?", she said, looking around the training field for people who'd seem like they're in for a fight. |

| Abygail "picking a club like that is actually quite a waste. You see... clubs are meant for you to do fun activities while meeting new friends and having great experience." She says in an attempt to get him to understand the importance of clubs. She shots a couple of more dummies, some in the head and others in the stomach. |

She looked at him as he kept on aiming for the once she had hit. "why do you keep hittings the once I hit?' She then shot 2 more dummies, she wasn't putting much effort into it. She was just working a bit more on her aiming abilities. |

| Yuria Hammond "Despite that apology, I've yet to forgive him. Considering that my mother thinks I died when I was born, the apology is pretty much meaningless." Yuria replied as she stood up, holding her assault rifle firmly in her arms. She was very resentful of the fact that she was not raised in a "normal" family, all because of a decision made on a whim. As Yuria observed Design rise once again and shoot a dummy, Yuria began to wonder about how she could help her. A vague idea was forming in her mind when Design asked about trying something different. "Huh? S-sure. I suppose we could duel." Walking a bit aways from Design, Yuria brought up her rifle to bear against Design. "I've not had any combat experience before other than the simulations I used to do many years ago. So I will most likely be losing." Yuria responded with a slight grin as she moved her rifle's safety to 'off' with a click. Then switching the fire selector to 'auto', Yuria pressed her finger lightly on it. Any movement by Design would be met with a hail of automatic fire. "Or do you want to ditch the guns and go melee?" Yuria asked at the last second. |
| Design "I wasn't expecting an early move such as that from you..." Design was at a disadvantage already - with no bullets loaded, her gun is practically useless. "Some foul play is welcome. To each their own, I guess." ENTITY MARKED AS ARMED HOSTILE WITH DANGER LEVEL 1. DISTANCE OF ENTITY FROM ORIGIN: 3.70 METERS. COMBAT MODE ACTIVATED. COMBAT FIELD SET. Design grinned slightly. For her first fight, she wanted something fair, but seeing as her opponent isn't a fan of clean duels, she had no choice but to fight dirty as well. "I suppose I can't move..." Design dashed to the left, pulling out a new bullet clip from her holster. She then loaded the clip to the Mauser, rolling towards the opposite direction in the process. |

| Yuria Hammond "Hoho. Trust me sweetie, I don't like dirty play either. But that is how I was trained, you see. In the battlefield, they only objective is to eliminate the enemy by any means necessary." Yuria replied as she flashed a quick wink at Design. As soon as she dashed to the left, Yuria fired several bursts towards her. While they all missed, Yuria took the opportunity to close in on Design. "She loaded her weapon." Yuria became weary once she realized this. Stopping herself, she began strafing to Design's left, training her sights on her. "Pretty fast, are ya?" she asked. |
| Design Field Energy: 10% "Believe me, this is nowhere near fast. That was nothing but a sloppy move," Design replied with a grin, finishing her roll, and following Yuria with her eyes. DISTANCE OF ENTITY FROM ORIGIN: 5.40 METERS. Their eyes met, and Design immediately rolled backward before strafing quickly to Yuria's left, closing in the distance between them. She then pointed the Mauser at Yuria's stomach, placing her finger lightly over the trigger. |

| Abygail "yeah, I guess if this would be a real fight, it would be better. this also helps out with our teamwork" She says while really giving it thought, the fact that they were both attacking the same dummies. "I can cheer for anything, like the schools sport teams...or even my self.. cause why not?" She says with a slight giggle before putting her bow and arrow away. She charged at one of the dummies and she high kicked the dummy in the face before falling down and getting hit by the dummy. "ouchie.. that's what I get for trying to work on my suckish close combat skills." |

| Yuria Hammond Not wasting any time to reply, Yuria stopped moving and tracked Design with her sights, letting off a couple of shots in her direction, missing all of them. Seeing Design aim her pistol at her, Yuria then rolled to her right and began running towards her, firing from the hip in her direction. The shots would undoubtedly miss, but they would deter Design from firing. At least that is what Yuria hoped. "That should be......6 rounds left in the mag." she thought. "Best make them count." |
| Abygail Abygail was quick in getting back on her feet. She got into a fighting position or at least what she believed to be a fighting position. "no offence taking and thanks a lot for being so kind as to offering to help me." She decided to take his offer and closed her eyes. She aimed a punch straight towards his stomach with her eyes still close. |

| Design Field Energy: 20% "Good, good. You sure are quick yourself, Yuria," Design replied, a grin forming on her mouth. Design rolled towards the Yuria's left, causing all of the rifle shots to miss. She then ran towards the girl before strafing to Yuria's side with just enough finesse to be invisible from the girl's line of sight. She then pointed her Mauser at the girl's rifle, aiming to destroy the weapon. |

| Yuria Hammond Having successfully forced Design to move, Yuria was surprised by her quick movements. Quickly turning to her, Yuria knew that aiming and firing at Design would take too long, considering the fact that she was already aiming at her. "Time to improvise." Yuria detached the magazine from her rifle and threw it at Design in one fluid motion. Normally, such a thing would cause laughable damage. But with the remaining bullets adding some weight and Yuria's augmented strength, getting hit by it would hurt quite a bit. Without taking a second to stop, Yuria threw her rifle on the ground and charged at Design, removing her combat knife from its sheath. |
| Design Field Energy: 0% "Damn, such an attack..." The magazine closed in faster than Design had anticipated, but managed to have her arm receive the blow. The magazine bounced off, and Design caught the clip and held it tight. Might be useful. Her other arm then quickly clipped the Mauser back to its holster. Going for melee? Well then. Combat Field, Augment Strength. CONSUMING FIELD ENERGY. AUGMENTING STRENGTH. STRENGTH AUGMENTED. Putting her empty arm forward and bringing the rifle clip up to above her shoulder, Design slightly bent her knees, bracing herself for the close combat. |

Skylar Skye couldn't help but giggle a bit as Senha pointed out the drool on Mai's face from her sleeping earlier. She stood up brushing the dirt from her skirt off and nodded her head about the question. "I wouldn't mind showing you around some more. Anywhere in particular so a gerneral tour isn't boring? Or was it mainly just here that you wanted to see?" Skye asked since she didn't know what he may want see. She wasn't sure if Mai would come along or not since they didn't seem to get along but Skye didn't really care if she did or not. |
| Yuria Hamond Seeing her improvisation had mamaged to prevent Design from shooting at her, Yuria quickly closed in on her, wary of the fact that she had magazine on her hands. "Careful now. I am pretty strong!" Yuria gleefully said as she lunged towards her with her knife held high, intending to tackle Design into the ground and overpower her with the augmented strength she was gifted with. |
| @Alice157 Senha Turning over towards Skye Senha started thinking where he wanted to explore or where he wanted them to guide him to, after a while of pondering he replied "Nowhere in particular really, I'm fine with wherever you might want to show me" he said these words with a carefree tone and a slight smile. Mai's reaction from the drool on her cheek didn't seem too over the top as he expected it to be. |
| Skylar "Alright then. We can go to more of the interesting areas in the school then." Skye smiled standing up and grabbing her guitar from where she had set it down earlier before her fight. She looked over to Senha, seeing if he was ready to go. She offered him a hand up. "Ready to go explore the school a bit." |

Looking up at Skye with her extended hand, he glanced at her bandaged covered hand and back at her eyes which always came off as something he hadn't seen before, "Ready, lead the way" he said while grabbing hold of her hand to pull himself up. |

| Skylar "Alright,let's see here. The closest to here would probably be the outer field and then the school garden. So we can head there first since it's the closest." Skye explained where they were off to after helping Senha up. She started off towards the outer field. "So what do you think of the school so far?" Skye asked deciding it probably be best to talk and walk. |
Senha "Sound like good choices" Senha said while walking next to Skye after she had helped him up, the school seemed pretty big just hearing the places she was gonna show him so maybe the walk would take a while to reach their destination. "It's pretty new to me, being in a place like this, there's many unique people but all in all there doesn't seem to be any issues" he listed out his thoughts about the school while looking up at the sky. "Oh yea, a moment ago you almost turned me into roasted meat, is that your power? Fire manipulation?" he asked Skye curious about getting to know a bit more about her, he would've also liked getting to know Rasique a bit further but that would have to be left for another moment. |

She accepted Yuria's powerful blow, stopping her with Design's right arm, while her magazine-carrying left arm attempted to strike Yuria's knife-wielding arm. A portion of the force of Yuria's augmented strength was transferred to the ground, preventing Design from losing balance. |

| Yuria Hammond Left surprised by Design's successful counter, Yuria, acting in desperation, took hold of the metallic right arm holding her in place with her own, struggling to loosen its grip on her. She failed to notice Design's swing towards her left arm, which was wielding her knife. A sharp pain flared in Yuria's arm, causing her to drop her knife involuntarily. Letting out a hoarse gasp, she aimed a powerful kick towards Design's left leg. |
| Design Field Energy: 20% The kick Yuria delivered was powerful. Very powerful. The blow landed on Design's left leg, causing her to temporarily lose balance of herself. In reflex, she threw Yuria back and landed on her knees and one arm. CALCULATING DISTANCES FROM ORIGIN. DESIGN 3.40 METERS FROM ORIGIN. HOSTILE ENTITY 7.00 METERS FROM ORIGIN. Design got up, and grabbed Yuria's knife, all the while maintaining a firm grip on the magazine on her left. "Nice blade. A sawtooth part, a serrated edge part, and a blunt edge part, huh? Looks like you really were planning to kill me," Design laughed. |

| Yuria Hammond Being thrown back by Design, Yuria recovered, rolling into a standing position, but holding her left arm gingerly. Turning to look at Design, Yuria assessed the result of her desperate kick. "Seems it managed to make her lose balance. But compared to the hit she gave me..." Yuria's palpation of her left arm revealed a very tender spot where Design had hit her with the magazine. Grunting, Yuria prepared a defensive stance as she watched Design get up, combat knife in hand. "I was trained to kill, you know." Yuria replied to Design as she laughed along with her. "But I could not bring myself to kill you. Simply put, you are too interesting to me. Not to mention how I want to...aid your plight." Having said her piece, Yuria waited for Design's next action. |
| Design Field Energy: 30% "Why, it's an honor, being treated as an interesting piece of machinery by someone who's not a researcher," said Design as she placed the rifle magazine in her holster and took out the Mauser. "Oh, and you may be trained to kill, but I am made to kill. I'm basically a sentient weapon. There was this one time when I was deployed to secure this skyscraper. 102 people were added to my killcount." She then loaded the pistol with a new cartridge, before clipping it again to the holster, leaving her with an empty, or "free", hand. Design just looked at the girl and her action, adapting a defensive stance with no armaments. Her left arm had received quite the bruise. "Does that hurt- No, nevermind. Not like I could relate to how physical pain feels like." |

| Yuria Hammond Yuria concluded that she had no chance of winning against Design. She was armed, uninjured, and most importantly, much better trained than her, if her words were to be believed. Yuria could not help but chuckle at her predicament. She had messed up badly. "Hah...hah...I really could have used some missions under my belt. Thanks for not letting me take any, Dad." Yuria said in a joking tone as she slowly walked towards Design. She was going to concede defeat to Design, but first she needed to clear up a misunderstanding. "Hehe. When I said I found you interesting, I meant as a person. I don't really care if you are a machine or not. Just wanted to clear that up." Grinning, Yuria stopped 3 meters in front of Design. At this range, she would not even have to aim to land a hit on her. "I concede defeat. You've won." Yuria smiled at Design, awaiting her next action. |
| Design Field Energy: 40% MEASURING DISTANCES. DESIGN -0.80 METERS AWAY FROM ORIGIN. HOSTILE ENTITY 2.17 METERS AWAY FROM ORIGIN. "No mission experience? Amazing. All training and no application is like learning to play the piano but... you know... without the piano." Design took out and threw the rifle magazine back at Yuria, and lowered her knife-wielding hand. The battle was over. "So? Where to next?" she said as she walked towards Yuria. |

| Yuria Hammond "I suppose you could say I am like a sword with a blunt edge." Yuria replied as she caught the magazine Design had thrown at her. "As for where to go, I would leave that choice up to you. Since I was the one who chose to come here." Yuria proceeded to go and pick up her assault rifle, frowning at it as she returned to Design. "Note to self: Don't throw your assault rifle on the dusty ground of a field." Yuria laughed at her words for no apparent reason. |
| Design "Wait just a minute then." Design gave Yuria her knife back, and turned around. "All hostile entities eliminated. Dematerializing combat field." For the next few minutes, Design just stood there, unresponsive, as her systems were shut down. People would also notice an extremely faint outline of a large dome as the combat field dissipated. With the combat field disengaged, Design was rebooted. "Thanks for the wait. I had to disengage my combat field- Oh, right. You don't know my abilities yet. Anyway, why not go to the mission center? Surely there must be a few combat practice missions there to take." |

| Yuria Hammond "That would be nice. Some actual combat would be of great help in sharpening my very, very dull skills." Yuria replied to Design with a very slight hint of self-deprecation. Twirling her knife in her hands, Yuria placed it on its sheath and loaded a new magazine into her assault rifle. "If I had known about her powers, I perhaps could have done something to win....No, I would have still lost." Yuria thought as she turned to head towards the mission center.
