What is the greatest jutsu in naruto? I think that it is Kagebushin, because there would be lots of you!!! |

Tough choice, there are so many to choose from. I'd say that the best jutsu would have to have a combination of a large amount of power or ability with proportional or less cost. So I'd have to say that the best would be the Juuken. It seems to cost little as far as chakra, and it both injurs the opponent (causing pain, bruising, and damaging the internal organs), and cuts off their chakra supply to the area of contact if the tenketsu are hit and blocked. The Juuken can also be used to break free of chakra-based restraints. |

I don't feel there is the greatest Jutsu...it depends on the user and how well he can use it. I mean, you take someone who can use the Kage Bunshin, but has no idea how to control them, against someone who has traind wth swords all his life...who do you think would win? |

i agree, it depends on how well some one can use it. i heard a proverb, from where, idk, but it said: "a master with a rock can defeat a novice with a sword." |

I 'heard' that too (actually I read that 'cause we read subs :P) I think it was in Naruto, but I'm not 100% sure ^^ btw it was rather Expert than Master :P I'm gonna vote for hermit mode. And I also like the forbidden jutsu which helps Sasuke to move very fast (remember how fast he got to Naruto in Orohimaru's hideout? it was some forbidden technique). IMO speed gives advantage. |

Its probrobly Body Flicker Jutsu, which is either a highlevel taijutsu, or a teleportation ninjutsu, it hasnt been confirmed. But it is s-ranked and only jounins know it. |

I don't think so, Yamato said it by himself - it's a forbidden technique. And I doubt that jounin rank let to use forbidden techniques. |

Wrong, Forrbidden Jutsu are not allowed to be known by anyone unless they were already known before they became forbidden. We've seen that Minato had this same speed which is how he got the title "Konoha's Yellow Flash," because of his speed. That being said, sometime after Minatoo learned it, it became forbidden. As well as, we've been told that this is an extremely powerful technique, and not many people know it ((That's saying if it's the same technique...In reality, it could be just his speed in general.)) |

and thats where your wrong, there are, i guess the only way to say this, diffrent levels of forbidden (never shown in the show or manga). There is forbidden, and the only way you konw it is if you knew it before it was considered forbidden, then there is forbidden by rank. There are several S-ranked jutsu that you can only learn once you reach a certain rank. Kagebushin and body flicker, like what sasuke uses, are one of those. and if you were implying that sasuke was using the fourth's teleportation jutsu, your wrong becasue there are requirements before he could use it, he had to put a character formula on his target first, then go through that. |

Except it's not a teleportation...It's speed. And the whole point of "forbidden" is because they are not allowed to use it. And what the heck is a "Character formula" and when has it ever said this? |

Fourth was throwing specials kunais to where enemy were, and then he could teleport there. I think it is the character formula. |

yes, he had a special kunai that had a kanji formula (Thats how he described it) and he could teleport through the kunai, or what ever he put the formula on. |

Yes, but back to the original point, who's to say what Sasuke used was a technique? Maybe that's his speed, I mean, Lee is fast as hell, it's not a technique, it's just how he is. |

Thats a possibility, but it still hasnt been confirmed wether or not the body flicker is a taijutsu move or a ninjutsu move, so it could very well be his speed, but in a jutsu. (feel free to jump in any time wes) |

Hmm... I checked manga and there was nothing about jutsu, but it could be in an prologue to the shippuuden, I'll check it later. |

it dosnt have to say that it was a jutsu, but it is very possible that he did do a super taijutsu technique |

So..where did you get the name "Body Flicker?" and it never says wheater it was a technique, so in a technical sense, we really shouldn't count it as a jutsu. |
