In dragon ball z fusion reborn we see all the previous villains of dragon ball (z) coming to earth. But the problem there is that in the beginning of the dragon ball z series they said that you need to do something good/heroic in your lifetime to get your body back. So how come every single villain has there body? HELL even the android from muscle tower is seen FLYING

in one shot. Even Frieza. Everyone in the movie MIGHT have done something good with there lives. But Frieza was a socieopath from the very day he was born. So its either this is just something over looked or the show isn't telling us something. Reply what you think.

It was filler :) in the manga, hell wasn't shown at all as far as I remember
