All we can do for now is to wait. but judging on the last episode of the 3rd season, there should be a 4th season :) I hope so

Well the series has made a lot of money and I think there is no point of why they will not come up with Another Season of High School DxD, As I have read several articles on the internet I think the announcement will be made in 2020 or early.
