The website for this manga/webcomic no longer hosts this comic in English (or in Japanese for that matter). As such, to my knowledge, this no longer exists in English anywhere on the internet(its obscure) and there has never been a physical English release for this.

What do I do? Does this exist anywhere? How do I read it?

Here, try archive.org. They archive the internet. They have at least the first chapter:

Hey hey, gonna keep this brief because this is a very dead thread but as some who may stumble into this manga may notice, chapter 3 (and possibly more) are missing images as of now in the archive sent above. I went through the effort of tracking down where you can currently read it, which happens to be the creator's DeviantArt page, weirdly enough. Hope this helps anyone like me, ciao.
