Well, if the combat remains the same in all the ArmC games to come, then I would say it reached it's peak at ArmC 2 or 3, when the material was alot fresher. Instead of working so hard on improving the mech customization options, I think they should make an honest effort to improve the combat system, and think of expanding the customization as an afterthough for the next title. The customization is a good thing, but you can only push it so far before it gets convoluted and tedious. |

I've followed it since it's early days, so the combat has lost it's appeal. The mech customization is the only thing that gets better from title to title. |

Yeah. It doesn't help that just about all the Armored Core games are the same. They haven't really changed the formula, so if you've been following the series since the original it's even more repetitive still... |

The mech customizing wasn't what got me bored, it was the repetitive nature of the game itself. I just felt like I was playing the same thing over and over, and it bored me. |

well i neer get tierd with the sher pasabilaty of mecha makeing i just got dune fine tuneing the blacke selena and it now move just like its anime cunterpart besides the bosin juping ofcors |

lol, yeah, there aren't any more chapters afterwards. Besides, wide open endings seem to be a common thing in Nadesico. To date, not a single Nadesico work that I know have has had any kind of definitive ending. They were all wide open when they ended, (The TV series, PoD, Blank of Three Years, and The Mission were all "To be continued..." type scenarios, really), so the manga having essentially the same type of ending is no surprise to me... |
