i think the original for that makes a bit more sense cause yours makes the special jonin much stronger so that if a genin or a chunin fought anyone but another genin or chunin they would be screwed with the original they would get raped by a jonin but could still hold their own against anyone that is up to veteran special jonin |

genin have 500, vet genins have 1000chunin have 2000 vet. chunin 2500 special jonin: 4000 vet special jonin have 4500 and i think the rest is the same? jonin 6000 vet jonin: 6500 ambu 9000 vet ambu: 10000 leader of ambu : 12000 kage: 13000 |

already talked it over with zyta on xbox we discussed it and said it would be more realistic to the show if he did have extra chakra. but there needs to be only 1 or 2 like that |

what? oh lol some of the s rank i decided to make forbidden since they are sooooooo op but other s rank i kept as s rank i thought people could use their judgement on that one like chidori thunder is a chidori that covers an entire area so i was like i should not be able to just whip that out whenever |

@rus: exactly my point, and as you said, vets would be stronger then normals which is why i put gaps in there, but they got smaller and smaller as the ranks grew with my changes... though, amount of sp per cost of jutsu would have to be changed slightly if we went with mine :/ not much, but enough... :/ |

jutsu and technique thread has been updated, i have removed forbiden from the list of costs; because according to when you brouse for jutsu on the wiki S rank's are forbiden jutsu ^^ |

well i was trying to show the difference between a genin and higher ranks cause remember when naruto faught kakashi the first time how easily kakashi beat them all? their truely is a big difference in the abilities for each rank that was my thought process there |

well at least have the jonin and above the same cause they are supposed to be extremly powerful ninja plus i dont want to go through changing all the posts ive done :/ everything else seems fine though |
