Yuri and Yaoi lovers

Yaoi are manga where the emotional or sexual relationship between two or more male characters accounts for most of the plot. Yuri is between females. Both can include graphic or explicit sex, but don’t have to. When yaoi and yuri manga don’t include explicit scenes, the terms shōnen-ai and shōjo-ai have come to be used in English to describe them. In Japan, ‘boy’s love’ is also used to describe yaoi, and explicit yaoi and yuri are considered hentai.
