Rossi Cult

Rossi. What makes Rossi such a wonderful character you may ask? That is a question many people have asked as this season of promised neverland comes to a close. Many people have portrayed how they may have liked or disliked this season. I, however, only need to answer this one question to help people understand their true feelings. Rossi is a beautifully written character. Some may not realize this because they watch the show with the expectation that he is a side character, a supposedly unimportant character. This belief cannot be any more wrong. Each line that Rossi delivers, he delivers with an impact. His small moments on screen leave an imprint on the audience that would not have occurred if he was a main character. Continuing off of Rossi’s character, we can see how he is a brave and supportive person. He is always there for the other children, he tries his best to help and keep everyone alive with equal or more effort than the others there. He is also smart and decisive since he knew that he had to do something to help and was able to do something with what was within his grasp. His cup. He did not know what to do at first but then he realized that this cup could be an effective weapon. By taking this gamble, he was able to potentially save someone who might’ve died otherwise. This continues to how Rossi is an important character. If he never had taken this action, how would have the story differed? Would another character have died or gotten injured? Would their circumstances changed in future events? In the end, we dont have to worry about those question since Rossi took the action he did to get us the story we know. Finally, the question still stands. Do we like the recent season of promised neverland. After looking deeper into Rossi’s character development and Impact, I think the answer is obvious for one reason only. And this reason is the presence of Rossi.
