No sadly not. I've tried to look for it, but haven't been able to find a site to read the spin off. I don't think it has been translated into english yet.

'Hoozuki no Reitetsu' to Receive Second Season!!

The official Twitter for Hoozuki no Reitetsu has announced that it will receive a second season to premiere in Fall 2017. It was announced during today's new OVA pre-screening event "Jigoku no Daikanshoukai in Roppongi."

While all of the cast members will reprise from first season and OVA episodes, there is some change to the staff members.

Script: Midori Gotou (first season series composition and OVA script)
Character Design: Jirou Omatsuri
Editing: Rie Matsubara (Kubikiri Cycle: Aoiro Savant to Zaregototsukai)
