"The wards are on chaos, both the ghouls and the CCG wage war in desolated ruins, 7 of the 24 wards of Tokyo are completely inhospitable to humans, most of which enlist to the CCG, in a effort to fight back the savage ghouls."
Ghouls (喰種) are a carnivorous and cannibalistic species that is only able to feed on humans and other ghouls. They are as close to humans as possible: They normally have the same physical appearance and intelligence as a human with the exception of diet, mentality and inner biology.
In this RP setting, you can choose to be both a CCG trainee, or a Ghoul under a organization/lone wolf (One eyed ghouls, Kakujas and Associate special classes are only available under a long and highly detailed application where you have at least some time roleplaying in the club and have character progression to turn into one of the cited above), in this alternate timeline, Arima was transferred from Tokyo to Germany CCG branch, Rize never left the 11th ward, and the Ghouls dominated a big part of Tokyo, however, the Ghouls are not united under a single ruler, being so, the wards dominated by Ghouls are similar to constant warring states, dominated by organizations such as Aogiri and the Clowns, choose your sides, and try to survive in this shattered world.
