Extra Innings

Extra Innings is a club dedicated to the discussion of baseball strategy, baseball manga, baseball training/effort, fighting spirit, talent, and anything baseball. Even if the manga (or sometimes anime) is not entirely based on baseball, but includes it as a main theme (like some of Adachi Mitsuru Sensei's works), it will be discussed. The name of the club, "Extra Innings" derives from the special situation in which two baseball teams with equal skill, luck and spirit face off and cannot score runs leading to a tie all the way to the ninth inning. There are also times when both teams may just have excellent pitchers and a team batting average of below 0.2, which could extend the game into extra innings. Although the club was designed for the discussion of serious baseball manga (as well as real baseball), as long as it's related to baseball in any sort of way all topics will be accepted here (but will be moderated of course).
