A bustling port city, it serves as one of the main trading centers of the region. As a nation with a firm grasp on water routes, Vineria has the greatest economic power in this land. However, holding this power is quite a challenge, as crimes of all types have been on the rise, and trust in law enforcement is failing. This situation is not unique to Hohenheim, either. The entire world, it seems, has been under similar stress. In these trying times, where organized law enforcement has done nothing but come up short, A Mercenary and Freelancer Firm, Known as 'The Scarlets' have risen to meet the challenge... <span style="font-size: 100%;"><em><u><strong> ~ How it Works ~ <!--size--></span></em></u></strong> <em>Step 1: Join</em> Click that button over there... <em>Step 2: Read the rules</em> So you don't do anything stupid. <em>Step 3: Create a character</em> You can create any kind of character you wish, be they a mercenary, criminal, civilian, or anything that you can think of. Magic is allowed. This is a human dominated world. Other races, such as elves, do exist, but they aren't common. Step 4: Take a job Each job will have an OOC (out of character) and IC (in character) thread. You join in the OOC thread and RP in the IC thread. Roles to be filled will vary from job to job, but every job will need at least two players. NPCs can be used to fill any gaps. You can also create a job, which will put you in charge of it. Or... Step 4.5: Explore the City of Hohenheim You can freely RP there at any time. Step 5: Roleplay! What you've been preparing for this whole time! Remember, it's rude to abandon an RP.
