A fan club for the user of Kaiser Arts that goes by the name of Ingvalt, the old Belka Emperor. She goes around picking street fights to prove her power. Her real name is Einhart Stratos. Similar to Vivio, she has an adult form, which she uses for fighting, and a child form. She, too, has heterochromia. Purple in the right eye and blue in the left eye.
