Shizuka for those who don't know is the only man to have ever gone to the Three Forbidden Islands and Survive. Therefore being the strongest warrior ever. Though new warrior arise and Shizuka realizes that which is why he's decided on trying to find out who is the newest strongest warrior, Shizuka made a message across the world claiming that he had item that would truly establish that who has it as the strongest warrior ever. The catch was that to obtain it they had to catch him. He explained that they would not find him in the U-Y manor anymore. He continued on to say that he's left hints across the whole world or Gaia if you prefer. Though that is as far as he would go and he claimed that he had a list of the warriors and that everyone one died he would know, and that he would only give the hints to those that earned them.
