Hall of Infamy 1st Class: Kira / Yagami Light (Death Note) First of all this guy is a f**king genius, he's way of thinking is kind of twisted but he knew how to kill people (criminals) without leaving a trace ever since he was in high school, along with the Shinigami Ryuk and pop idol girlfriend Misa he is a force not to be reckoned with. Millennium Earl (D. Gray-man) This fat man may seem to be funny and stupid but don't be fooled, when he's serious his face face gets so retarded and has an almost unstoppable army at his finger tips full of akuma which he made from the souls of your loved ones :D. Aizen (Bleach) Now this guy is tank but I find him to be a bit of a dickhead, he took his powers of a shinigami and brought it to its maximum potential just to betray everyone, go to the enemies side, make hollows stronger and destroy the whole of seireitei and possibly the world. Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass) Not really a villain but a anti-hero who lives in a tormented Japan and when he is given a curse (Geass) + his genius strategical planning his creates a rebellion which opposes the world and anyone that stands in his way but instead of saving everything he destroyed the world (anyone who has watched it should know what I'm talking about). The Organization (Claymore) At first I thought these guys were cool because they gave anyone who wanted revenge against yokai Claymores that are beings which are half human and half yokai but then after reading a bit into their history they are just bad and they make a good bad guys too. Hall of Infamy 2nd Class: Uchiha Madara (Naruto) This beast has survived countless battles, has a tank bloodline limit and first of his clan to get the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and now he leads the Akatsuki in gathering all the Bijuu.
