Anime/Manga Characters with Eye Problems

Keeping it short: Characters with eye defects rule! Also for my sake I want to mention that I DO NOT HAVE A FETISH FOR EYES (just in case lol)!! I just noticed that there were many characters in mangas/animes with special eyes. Unfortunately this description contradicted the first sentence (where is Phoenix Wright when you need him).
