for shinigami u will start as a 10th seat or gillian for hollows
then complete assigned missions
training threads
battles between shinigami and hollows
or special arcs set up by the admins
exp will be awarded for the completion of them after having an admin read through the threads and award the points to the deserving participants
for shinigami
new people will start with 0 points and bottoms ranks
it would take say 100 exp points to move up each level till u hit 4th seat
then 500 to move to 3rd
then 1000 to Lt and the currents captain's approval
then 2000 more to get a captains seat
for hollows
500 exp to move from gillian to adjucha
then another 1000 exp to move from adjucha to a fraccion and approval from that espada
