The Israeli soldier Hamas has in custody.
He is the only Israeli prisoner in Palestine and he has like a bazillion web pages to gain sympathy.

That's really sad :/

Some more recent news involving Israel's plans for settlements on the Eastern side of Jerusalem, involve Hilary Clinton pretty much saying how that's wrong and shouldn't be done. I know Joe Biden also said something similar about it 3 weeks ago or so, but then Hilary Clinton soon followed with a more aggressive way of speaking.

Taken from MSNBC.com article today "Clinton, Netanyahu clash on Jerusalem views
Secretary of state says new construction is obstacle to peace "
:

"Israel recently announced new housing plans for east Jerusalem, the part of the city Palestinians want for a future capital, drawing unusually sharp criticism from the Obama administration. Clinton renewed that disapproval on Monday, telling a pro-Israel audience that provocative Israeli land policies in areas claimed by the Palestinians are not in Israel's long-term interests and undermine U.S. credibility as a mediator."

"President Barack Obama has remained out of the fray as Clinton and other U.S. officials have rebuked Israel for its announcement of new construction in Jerusalem, which came while Vice President Joe Biden was visiting the country. It embarrassed Biden, a staunch supporter of Israel, and led to new stress in relations between Washington and its top Middle Eastern ally."

Clinton also criticized Palestinian incitement to violence in her speech.

Some of March events:
Judaization of Al-quds and turning Al-Aqsa into a battle field continue:

And a piece of news grabbed my attention:
http://www.rnw.nl/arabic/article/66717

Unfortunately I didn't find an English version of it, but you could Google translate it.
It basically says that: Meir panim, an Israeli charity-collecting center, posted an advertisement to collect charity for "the poor and hungry children of Israel" and ironically they couldn't find a more miserable picture to use for their ad., than a picture of a Palestinian girl crying during the funeral of FIVE of her family members who were killed in the last year assault on Gaza.
They put it by mistake, they said. And of course they removed it after its original Palestinian photographer "Fadi Adwan" and some Palestinian bloggers started stating the truth behind that photo.

Sesame-chan | Mar 23, 2010 3:31 PM

renjikuchiki1 | Mar 11, 2010 2:12 PM

Sesame-chan | Mar 11, 2010 11:20 AM
@ almozayaf
I don't know, I feel this won't go with a serious club like this one :/

BTW, welcome to the group! :)

The Israeli military carried out a month-long investigation, which found no Israeli soldier was to blame.

@ renjikuchiki1
What did you expect?
Prosecuted?!! The poor guy didn't see her, the "respectful" Israeli military says so.
Stop demanding so much from Israel, you anti-Semite :P

I'm a little surprised this was in CNN though >_>

R.I.P. Rachel. My heart goes to her family and friends. Not only losing her, but to live in agony knowing her murderer won't be punished and is probably killing more innocents :(
