Haha, oh yeah, that was pretty bad. Though the dubbers themselves pretty much spoke badly on the singing and at least they didn't dub the WHOLE song.I'm surprised no one brings up ADV's dub of the OVAs and movies. Cynthia Martinez was just horrible. I'll give them credit for making Naga more ear splitting in the dub, even if it may not have been on purpose. |

every now and then i'll conjure the tolerance to watch a few minutes of the Slayers dub. i never make it past the 2 minute point without getting really mad.Nobody can ever fill Hayashibara's shoes. |

I actually didn't mind Xellos' english dub. >.>;;; I don't think he did anything pass Slayers though.... In the end, Akira Ishida is FAR superior. <3 |

Unfortunately (for you since you made your stance apparent) FUNi is distributing Slayers now. AFAIK, they haven't made major changes to the first 3 seasons and just re-packaged the old Central Park Media with the FUNi label. And it's hella cheap as well. |

Don't have any of the VHS box sets, but do have the OG Software Sculptors LD's of the first season. Btw, who's releasing Slayer's stuff now? Kinda lost track after Pioneer/Geneon went under (hope it isn't funimation, refuse to support anything of theirs and buy R2' disks if there's no other option). |
