If Viz or fundamtion had bin in charge of Newtype then it might still be here. I does fine in Japan Is there someone out there who can translate the japanese newtype issues? |

The after magazine that took Newtype's place, PIQ, is offically dead and the staff have disbanded after 3 issues. I got 2 of them and decided it wasn't worth reading... Apperantly others agreed hence the the death sentance. It also doesn't help that ADV, the company in charge of newtype, lost it's financial partner and so they are currently doing MAJOR reconstruction of they're company to minimize losses. |
