dance of the shikigami was that paper jutsu of konan yes? thats allowed and expplosion release not sure about almost all jutsu are allowed except like ones that are instant death ones like the twin snake decapitation or whatever its called. like for instance my character has kirin but its forbidden jutsu and it takes a few posts to set up so you could take cover or get away if your smart... pretty much just use your judgement here let me give you the site that we used to place most of my jutsuhttp://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Special:BrowseData/Jutsu just click on the rank your looking for and it gives you the jutsu in that rank |
