Kouhei Kangawa (寒川 航平)One of Mafuyu's ex-delinquent followers. He is the most powerful gang leader after Mafuyu earning himself the title "Number Two." He is the current Higashi High banchou. He took the said position since Mafuyu got expelled. Kangawa is an excellent banchou who fights alongside his fellow gang members that is why he is highly respected.He is seen having a mole under his right eye and has dark blue hair. Throughout the manga, he showed a deep respect and admiration towards Mafuyu and it is also hinted that he often gets jealous with other guys surrounding her.
