Gai Domon (土門 凱)A criminal bomb expert, as some point Slur.EXE gave Domon the Asteroid Navi NapalmMan.EXE, and the two began committing crimes with explosions until one fateful night when the two were confronted by Netto Hikari, Rockman.EXE, and the NetPolice.
