The chief director of the hospital. She's a beautiful woman who's intelligence and hard work has paid off. Now in her early 30's she's gained quite the reputation among the social elite and has plans for both them and the hospital. Specifically to cater to VIP's desire's for unorthodox pleasures, with her specially trained staff, but she'll need someone who's skilled to do this. Therefore she contacts Ryuji Hirasaka whom she shares a past.
She's viewed as a admirable but cold-hearted woman who will always put her job above anything else.
Behind her cold exterior she's ruthless and deeply traumatized along with being the main culprit behind the scenes. She has no qualms about the pain and suffering that the nurses will be put through.
However, this changes when she visits Ryuji and discovers that one of the nurses has gotten pregnant. This shifts her whole plan and makes her regain a sense of justice and presumed humanity.
While her original plan was to gain his trust and make him find a sense of purpose, this is just an elaborate
excuse to further manipulate and make it easier to humiliate and presumably kill him. However, with the discovery of the pregnancy she will get revenge for how he facilitated her miscarriage through violence with the intent of killing their baby. While she loves him she also despises that he didn't love her back, raped and destroyed the life she once knew.
In her own words she has no reason to live after killing him, she ends her life, slitting her throat and falling to her death. While she originally died she's alive in the bonus episodes.
